 Oneida Heights

Oneida Heights offers affordable rent that is based on either the maximum fair market rent currently in effect or 30 percent of the person’s adjusted income. Appliances, utilities, satellite TV and draperies are included in the rent. Oneida Heights is staffed by a qualified, sensitive and capable office and maintenance staff. Our award-winning managers address problems promptly and ensure that residents have a secure community in which to live. Reasonable accommodations are made for those residents with special needs.

Washington Place is a bustling senior complex, with 70 units available, each apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. Several different floor plans are available. Rent is based on 30 percent of adjusted income. Rent includes Appliances, utilities, Air Conditioning, basic satellite TV, draperies, parking, and the use of a storage unit. To assure a comfortable living environment, individual controls for the heating and air-conditioning systems are provided. Cats and birds are welcome.
